Information
Team Structure
Age Groups:

We plan to have at least one of each age group from 13U-18U, depending on the number of tryouts.
Team Levels:
-
Club Teams; we are willing to play at the highest level at which we can compete. Tournaments will be in the Dallas area, including Lonestar.
Roster Size:
-
No more than 10 players per team
Coaches:
-
Will be announced as teams for this season are formed. We are expecting to have coaches assigned to teams by the end of May.
Season Timeline
Camps:

Tryouts:

Listed on form above. Pre-tryouts are every Tuesday in May.
Contracts:

Verbal offers can be made as early as May 18th.

Formal Contracts can be offered as early as July 7th.
Season Timing:

Practices will begin early November.
Tournaments:
-
Planning for 6 tournaments all in the DFW area, including the Lonestar Tournament. Teams may qualify for postseason events or play in additional tournaments.

Tournaments are expected to be one day (Saturday) only, excluding Lonestar and possibly one additional tournament.
Estimated Cost Breakdown
Club Fees:
-
$2700 per player (can pay total up-front or pay in nine $300 installments due on the first of every month from Aug. 15 - Apr. 15); Includes coaching, tournament fees, facility rental, administration, equipment, etc.
Uniform Package:
-
Less than $350 per player. Cost will be a direct pass through (will not mark up). Full uniform payment due on July 15th.

Package will include 2 jerseys, a backpack, a long-sleeve warm-up shirt, a hoodie, and 2 practice t-shirts.
Deposit:
-
Your uniform fee of ~$350 will be considered as your deposit. No additional deposit is required.
Travel Expenses:
-
Not included – families handle as needed. Should only need for Lonestar or postseason (if applicable).
Payments can be made via cash, check, or Venmo.
Practice Schedule
Frequency:
-
We anticipate 2 practices per week, one being a team practice, and one being a skills practice. Practices are anticipated to be on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Thursdays depending on gym availabilities (some practices may occur on Saturdays as well).
